February 5, 2017 - Sean and Terrie complete Surf City Half Marathon in Huntington Beach.

July 2015 - Kading becomes reluctant advocate fighting back against a rogue and abusive homeowners association board of directors determined to ban all short term rentals in the Kaanapali Golf Estates resort community.

May 2013 - Kading retained to assist in sale of supermarket shopping center in San Diego County.

Plaintiff victory: Kading obtains favorable settlement of serveal related matters involving misrepresentations and malpractice in mortgage lending.

Defense victory: Kading obtains dismissal of public nuisance claims brought by city against residential property owner.

Plaintiff victory: Kading obtains judgment in excess of $4 million against real estate developer arising out of fraudulent real estate mortgage scheme perpetrated against a private lender.

Plaintiff victory: Kading successfully pursues more than a dozen suits on behalf of regional thrift and loan against real estate appraisers, brokers, and borrowers based on contract and tort claims arising out of residential “liar” loan scheme.

Plaintiff victory: Kading obtains favorable settlement after extensive litigation and mediation of complex real estate scheme in Santa Barbara, making a substantial recovery for the regulatory agency acting as receiver of a failed federal thrift and loan.
