Claimants prevail: Flanked by local Hawaii counsel, Kading was instrumental in securing victory and an injunction prohibiting the HOA board from enforcing a rental restriction that is not contained in the governing documents, recovering attorneys fees and costs for owners.

Plaintiff victory: Kading obtains favorable settlement of several related matters involving misrepresentations and malpractice in mortgage lending.

Defense victory: Kading obtains dismissal of public nuisance claims brought by city against residential property owner.

Plaintiff victory: After two day trial, Kading secures six figure judgment on behalf of bankruptcy trustee, recovering funds fraudulently transferred and concealed.

Defense victory: Kading defends Plaintiff’s complaint seeking $1.5 million in damages from insurance brokerage firm. Kading secures judgments against third parties on cross-complaints for costs and attorneys’ fees.
